150m Sled Push - 40/20kg

Straight into:

1300m Run (together)

Then 3 rounds of:

25 Synchro Push ups

150m Farmers Carry - 40/25kg

*The longest workout of the week, push hard with your team and find a way through the work.

*Remember all movements can be scaled or modified, these workouts are for everyone, come and have some fun.
