Combining strength training, cardio, and functional movements for a full-body workout! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will guide you through a variety of dynamic exercises designed to build endurance, improve fitness, and enhance overall performance. Experience the camaraderie of our supportive community while pushing your limits and achieving your goals. Get ready to sweat, challenge yourself, and have fun!

Pump 'N' Move 

Combining strength training with motivating music and a supportive atmosphere. Participants use adjustable barbells and weight plates to perform a series of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. The class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness while promoting a fun and engaging workout experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, Pump N Move encourages participants to challenge themselves and achieve their personal fitness goals.

 

Body Combat

Is an empowering workout! This program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. You strike, punch kick and kata your way through calories!
Tones & shapes, increases strength & endurance, builds self confidence.

 

 

Yoga 

Will build flexibility and strength and leave you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration in a carefully constructed series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Functional Circuit 

This circuit style class focuses on everyday functional movement that transfers into everyday life. Helping you to tone, this class is of medium to high intensity. But remember, all movement can be scaled.
 

Minute Max 

Is a 40 minute Strength and Conditioning, circuit style class, extremely effective in increasing fitness, strength, and stripping body fat

Pilates 

Is a low impact, easy way to start toning up your core muscles, helping you maintain good posture & making everyday activities easier.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. We guarantee you will enjoy using the pilates circle and bands to really target those core muscles. We will give you easier options to make sure you work at your own fitness level, but challenge even the fittest people.

 

THT

45 minutes directly focusing on your Tummy, Hips and Thighs. This targeted program aims to tone those specific areas. Including step tracks, weights and bands.

 

Women on Weights (WOW)

Empowering Women, this 45 minute class is designed exclusively for females. This is a great class to be surrounded by like minded people with the goal of lifting and moving better.
