9 Front Squats - 50/35kg
12 Shoulder to Overhead - 50/35kg
Rest 3 minutes
Min 1: 2 Squat Cleans/ 1 jerk @ 55%
Min 2: 2 Squat Cleans/ 1 Jerk @60%
Min 3: 2 Squat Cleans/ 1 Jerk @65%
Min 4: 1 Squat Clean and Jerk @70%
Min 5: 1 Squat Clean and Jerk @75%
Min 6: 1 Squat Clean and Jerk @80%
Then: 3 sets off the clock to build to a heavy Clean and Jerk
