WOD

"CrossFit Opens 15.1"

A.M.R.A.P in 9 minutes of:

15 Toes to Bar

10 Deadlifts - 50/35kg

5 Snatches - 50/35kg

"CrossFit Games Open 15.1a"

6 minutes to establish:

1RM Clean and Jerk

*15.1 and 15.1a are to be completed in a 15 minute block, no scheduled rest between.
