60 seconds rest

*If you are confident with the movement target is 15-20.

WOD

10 rounds for time, following the repetitions below:

1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 - Strict Pull up

10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 - Strict Handstand Push ups

30 Double Unders

Time Cap: 16 minutes.
