*Keep rest time low between the first 3 sets.

*Rest 2 minutes between last 3 sets

WOD

"Linda"

10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 reps of each:

Bench Press (Body weight)

Deadlifts (150% Body weight)

Clean (75% of Body weight)

Time Cap: 25 minutes.

*These weights are Rx, for most they will be hard to hit, scale the weight to a level you can complete the work inside the time cap.
