AND

3 Deadlifts

For 5 minutes.

Rest for 2 minutes, then Conga line:

2 Bench Press'

AND

2 Deadlifts

for 4 minutes

Rest for 2 minutes, then Conga line:

1 Bench Press

AND

1 Deadlift

for 4 minutes.

A.M.R.A.P 2/4/6/8/10/etc.... of:

Deadlifts - 50/35kg
