HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
*In 2016 I am looking to further improve our CrossFit product. To aid in tailoring your CrossFit experience i am kicking off a new class "Uplift Competition training".
Uplift Competition Training will be a class specifically designed for those who want to compete in the Sport of CrossFit.
Uplift Competition Training will opperate with the objective of taking you from your current competition level and progressing you to an Advanced/Elite level CrossFit competitor, the class will consist of higher volume, it will have a high density of advanced movements, and WODs with heavier weights, but, this class will not be an elite class, it (as in all CrossFit classes) can be scaled as needed.
Uplift Competition Training will be run by me, but i will also be participating, so this class will run differently to the classes we are used to.
Uplift Competition Training will start today at 10:30am and 2:45/3:00pm and will be on the same times every week Monday - Thursday and Saturday mornings at 9:30am
Feel free to come to 1, 5 or 9 a week, mix them in with your classes. Come and talk to me if you need help with the best way for you to proceed.
With all this in mind though, the 6:30am, 9:15am and 5:15pm CrossFit classes will continue to be CrossFit Uplift's main focus, my goal with these classes is to get you to your best physical condition, individually i want to help you achieve your personal goals while, as always, having fun along the way, so if taking CrossFit on as a sport is not a focus of yours there is no need to change up what is already working.*
YOU GUYS ARE ALL AWESOME, THANKYOU FOR BEING A PART OF MY DREAM AND MY CROSSFIT FAMILY, IT IS EXCITING TO SEE HOW MUCH YOU GUYS HAVE PROGRESSED IN 2015.

A.M.R.A.P in 9 minutes of:
5 shoulder to Overhead - 52.5/35kg
10 Goblet Squats - 24/16kg (32/24kg)
15 Deadlifts - 52.5/35kg
