🌳 Work out 1km run 20 wall balls 800m row 20 ball slams 600m ski erg 20 wall ball side slams (each side) 400m Cross trainer 20 lunges holding wall ball over head (each leg) 200m air assault bike 20 squats + wall ball

šŸŽ Cool down 600m bike @ 60% of max 10 mins myofascial ball work
