10 inch worm
Then
- warm up the below workout movements

22 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
12 deadlifts - moderately heavy weight eg: 50kg/70kg
12 Push Press - “ 30kg/50kg
🔹Cool down
10 minutes of foam rolling
