then
3 sets of 3 working to 75% (moderately heavy with in good technique)

12 push press - 20kg Female /30kg Male (if possible, if not decrease and take note)
12 burpees / kick backs
12 hand release push ups (level up-handstand push ups)
Cool down
1km walk and stretch
