1000m bike, 750m row, 500m cross trainer & 250m Ski Erg


Strength

3 sets of 10 repetitions each leg, as heavy as possible. Increase weight each set if possible.


Workout

5 rounds for time of:

100m run OR row

10 dumbbell snatches each arm
